Now in its third year, Chevy Youth Baseball is an initiative that establishes a positive relationship between local dealers and the communities they serve. Pineview Chevrolet partnered with the Baker County Little League because of the league’s proximity to the dealership. Over the course of the season, Pineview Chevrolet will donate equipment kits, which include: equipment bags, baseballs, ball buckets and t-shirts.

This marks the first time a ‘њfuel-friendly’ќ fleet of vehicles this size has been partnered with, and branded for a major awards show. In addition to the presentation of the Green Car Vision Award(TM), Green Car Journal’s activities at the 2008 Washington Auto Show have included the magazine’s inaugural Green Car Summit of auto and energy leaders and a Green Car Parade. The parade showcased the Chevrolet Equinox Fuel Cell along with battery electric, hybrid, E85 ethanol flexible-fuel, natural gas, and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

Recently, General Motors decided to revive the ZR1 nameplate for their most powerful production car ever ‘“ the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. While the base model Corvette is no slouch itself, Chevrolet has been selling a higher performance edition known as the Z06 alongside it for several years. The Z06 offered a larger motor, more power, better handling and subtle styling cues to set it apart from its stable mate.

A few years back, General Motors was talking a lot about hydrogen fuel cells. Now, they’re back at it with the Chevrolet Equinox Fuel Cell, the company’s biggest effort to date. You can’t roll down to your Chevy dealer and buy one, though. You have to self-identify, and then GM has to pick you to participate in what it’s calling Project Driveway.

CHANDIGARH: General Motors India on Friday announced that its small car ‘Chevrolet Spark’ would command the largest pie in total sales, even as the company expects sales of all its vehicles to grow to 91,000 in 2008. “Out of the total sales, we feel that ‘Chevrolet Spark’ would enjoy major share in total car sales for this year as small cars continue to have largest share in passengers cars market in the country,” General Motors India Director (Operations) S Garg told here on Friday.

Months later, he refinanced through them to get a better interest rate. But Bay Chevy never paid off his original loan. So now two banks say Charles owes them for the same car - more than $24,000. Marion Andrews is also owed thousands from Bay Chevrolet. Last spring she paid them in full for a Chevy Cobalt. But nearly a year later, she’s still driving her old car. Bay Chevrolet went bankrupt months ago.
