We will continue to roll out new products and also revitalize our existing line up to create new excitement in the market. We are confident that we will be able to capture a sizable portion of the domestic market by 2010 .

Chevrolet Aveo, 2009

The automatic-equipped 2009 Chevrolet Aveo has EPA rating of 25 mpg city/34 mpg highway and 28 mpg combined. The interior of the Aveo5 was redesigned this year. The hatchback sports higher-quality materials, “woodgrain-appearance” or metallic trim, a driver armrest and additional storage. The hatchback and sedan have a 60/40-split-folding rear seat that creates extra space for cargo. I needed the extra space to fit my golf clubs, but had to take out the baby seat. My wife didn t like the car.

GM launches Chevrolet Aveo variant

NEW DELHI: General Motors India on Thursday launched the new variant of its hatchback Chevrolet Aveo U-VA that comes with additional interior and exterior features. It has been priced between Rs. 3.98 lakh and Rs. 5.11 lakh.

This applies to the Aveo, for which you pay 30% up front and then from 149 a month thereafter, depending on model. The Epica executive saloon is also covered, though this time you pay a 50% deposit and 199 per month from then on.

Manufacturers simply cut off a car body behind the front doors, closed in the rear of the cab and attached a utility box to the frame. This was largely the form of these no-nonsense working vehicles during the 1920s and ’30s. Then during the 1940s, particularly after the Second World War, light half-ton trucks began to take on their own persona.
